Setting-up your listing
Draft and edit your listing text and title
Advice on participant accessibility tailored to your event activities
Find a royalty and license free image to represent the offering
Create a promotional graphic
Organising ticket sales using Ticket Tailor (or Eventbrite)
Keep track of ticket cost, transaction fees and final revenue

Help you set up Ticket Tailor with Stripe to receive sales income
Session Facilitation
Send out the meeting link using my Zoom Pro subscription (100 participants max)
Manage the waiting room, participant audio/video, breakout rooms, technical issues, share files/images in the chat, flag any messages misses, field emails from those struggling to enter the session room
Record the event for those who can’t make the event or require a copy to meet their access needs
Send out a post-session email which may include the recording link, additional resources, request for participant feedback, and any other links
I don’t help with social media promotion, but can give a tutorial on using Facebook Business Suite for scheduling post on Instagram and Facebook.
Cost
I charge £30 an hour.
Example One: You are running a one-off masterclass lasting 2hrs, with a staff 30min check-in/check-out time total. You don’t need help with ticket sales or setting up the listing, but would like me to send out the session information and Zoom link, and handle any participant questions. This takes an additional 2hrs. So with 4.5hrs total, that would be £135.
Example Two: You are running an 8 week course, with sessions lasting 2hrs each, with a staff 30min check-in/check-out time total. You require assistance with all the admin tasks listed above, which works out an additional 8hrs. So with 28hrs total, that would be £840.
Testimonials
“Ennis’s considerable organisational skills have made it much easier to keep track of all our work, and make sure nothing gets forgotten. Ennis proactively suggests improvements to such systems, as well as ideas for our business. They are always positive about learning a new technology or skill, and are confident using social media, website back-ends, and digital image technology amongst many other useful things. Ennis’s dependability, honesty, and good communication make it easy to rely on them, which we do.” – Lily & Zoe at London Lit Lab
Experience
I hold a first-class degree in creative writing from Bath Spa University. I worked freelance as Assistant Editor for London Lit Lab for five years. I facilitated 66 tutor-lead sessions for them, as well as ran 50 body doubling sessions through their Substack. Under the banner, Access Narrative, I have delivered 59 sessions for writers where I was either leading or co-facilitating. To improve my skills with designing and facilitating safer creative spaces for survivors of child sexual abuse, I completed a 3-month creative leadership training programme with the Viv Gordon Company.
I currently offer a twice monthly online group called Parallel Writing Club, co-lead the Writers’ Circle with Katie Watson, and facilitate the Writing the Self programmes. I am developing a new series of guided writing workshops called, Reflections on Creative Practice. I delivered the first session in this new series for We are Sensoria’s online Chronically Ch(ILL) group, and the second in-person at the UpFront Survivors workshop weekender.
