Booking Terms and Conditions for Ennis Welbourne’s Access Narrative Listings

Those who have booked a ticket for an Access Narrative offering are referred to as participants in the below document. By booking a ticket, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

Content

Ennis Welbourne retains full ownership of all session content, materials, and methods. Participants receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only. Participants can’t copy, resell, edit, share, or repurpose session material in any form. Access to content begins and ends in accordance to the offerings’s start and end time specified in the listing. Any offerings are for informational and educational purposes only.

Changes

Ennis Welbourne reserves the right to amend or update the session materials, content, advertisements, and listing text for any reason at any time. Updates made to this content in the future are not available to participants. These terms and conditions may be changed at any time by Ennis Welbourne. Participants accept to have no claim of breach of contract or otherwise in respect to any such alteration.

Ennis Welbourne is not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or reliability of third-party sites or products. Visiting linked websites is done at the participant’s own risk. Any affiliate relationships will be made transparent in the listing text.

Payments

Payments for any sessions must be made in full before the start date of the offering, unless otherwise agreed with Ennis Welbourne. Access to the sessions will be revoked if payment fails or is reversed, and I reserve the right to offer the ticket to someone else.

Refunds

Full refunds for ticket sales are available up to 20 days before the first session. In the case where sessions are cancelled by Ennis, all ticket fees paid by participants will be returned. When refunds are issued, participant access to any content and materials are revoked.

Conduct

Ennis Welbourne reserves the right to revoke participant access to their course, platform or community for any reason at any time. In this circumstance, a partial refund excluding the ticket transaction fees will be offered. Ennis Welbourne does not accept responsibility for any loss, emotional distress, offence, damage or expense sustained by participants. Being a participant doesn’t create a professional relationship, replace qualified advice, or imply endorsement or partnership with Ennis Welbourne.

Confidentiality and Copyright

Participants agree to keep confidential information and material shared by session staff and other participants. Audio and visual recordings of sessions are not permitted. Participants agree that any creative work shared during the sessions is their own and does not infringe the copyright of any third party. This warranty shall survive any cancellation or termination of the offering.

Data Protection

By registering interest in any sessions or booking a ticket, participants agree for Ennis Welbourne to collect their name and email address. This information will not be shared with any third parties. If you would like this data removed, please get in contact via enniswelbourne@gmail.com.
